| Most of the structures, attractive turn-of-the-century red brick factory buildings, were simply cleaned up and retrofitted. LeFort, however, was developed around an abandoned 1970s prefabricated concrete skeleton. Challenging but also fascinating was the integration of the oversized brute structure within the smaller-scaled and detailed red brick buildings. |
